At Easter-Owens, our state of the art, 55,000 square foot, facility is fully equipped to manufacture the high quality products our customers have come to count on.

Fabrication
Once the drawings and specifications have been approved
by the client, we begin the manufacturing process. Our

Paint
Our expert paint department can match virtually any
color or finish, using the following methods:
|
Powder coat made of entirely non-volatile
organic compounds (NVOC), making it safe for
transportation and the environment. Simply choose a
color and texture. We'll apply the powder in our state-
of-the-art spray booth, send it via conveyor to our 24'
x 12' x 11' oven where the coating is baked on.
Wet spray includes the spray application
as
well as the baking, cooling and drying cycles.
Color matching accurately matches R.A.L.
paint
numbers or your specific color requirements.
Graphics include reverse engraving, lamacoid
and
custom paint to meet standard graphic applications. We
are available to review unique and custom graphic
requirements.

Wiring/Assembly
Our knowledgeable wiring team precisely arranges the
necessary materials and labels each wire for easy
maintenance.

Testing
Each system is tested for full functionality prior to shipment and Easter-Owens personnel are always available to ensure that your systems are installed and operating properly.

Quality Assurance
We are ISO 9001:2000 certified and manufacture to those standards. Additionally, our other standards are derived from UL, ANSI, NEMA, and NEC. We can also address ISO and Mil-Spec requirements as necessary. In addition, we can apply a UL label when the appropriate standards have been followed.
