These solutions include custom control panels, relay cabinets, marshalling cabinets and instrumentation panels for a variety of industries. We are completely familiar with all types of starters, switches, panel operators, electrical control and distribution and automation controls such as PLCs. We are also well acquainted with specialty applications including customer MCCs, low/medium voltage utility cabinets and gas purge systems. Performance and full power testing capabilities are also available in Easter-Owens facility.

Engineering & Design

The process for creating industrial controls begins with engineering. Completely knowledgeable in NEC, UL and other standards, Easter-Owens can adapt any engineering standard to the system being built.  Using the most recent version of AutoCAD to create drawings, the end product of our engineering ability is quality. Each system is tested for function and point-to-point continuity. Behind the panels, the wiring is neatly arranged and sorted, with each wire labeled for easy maintenance - the hallmark of a quality engineered system.

Custom Metal Design & Fabrication

Concurrent with the design and engineering of an industrial control system is the design and manufacturing of the enclosures to house and protect the system. Easter-Owens has been building high-quality, custom sheet-metal electrical enclosures and furniture grade consoles in any size or configuration using several types of materials since 1955.
