After graduation, David started working at Easter-Owens, which was started by his father, William Easter, in 1955. Rising up the ranks rather quickly, he was named President in 1980 and is currently the CEO. As a true visionary, David has taken the company from a simple metal fabrication shop to the electrical manufacturer that Easter-Owens is known for today.
A true Colorado native, David was born in Denver, grew up in Wheat Ridge and graduated in 1973 from Wheat Ridge High School. Go Farmers! David has been married to his wife, Pamela for over 30 years and they have two daughters, Erica and Tara.
An avid outdoorsman, David takes full advantage of the Colorado lifestyle by skiing, fishing, rafting, hunting and golfing as much as he can. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, son-in-law, and his many wonderful friends.
With her Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, Pamela manages all of the employees various needs and requests. With over 35 years of experience in various roles within Easter-Owens and other organizations, Pamela is well-versed in what it takes to run a successful operation.
In her spare time, Pamela likes to spend time with her family, read, cook, and travel. Pamela was born in New York City and moved to Denver in 1979.
Growing up on a ranch near Monument, Colorado, Tom loved to work on old tractors and cars. His love for mechanics took him the Colorado School of Mines where he earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Loving the outdoors he decided to call Golden, CO home. He has worked his way through various engineering roles, area sales management positions, business development and sales management. Along the way he fell in love with the business side of work and gained his MBA from the University of Colorado in Denver.
Tom’s career has been heavily based in both mechanical and electrical manufacturing businesses where he learned how engineering, operations, front end and aftermarket sales must coexist for a company to be successful.
When not at work, Tom is a family man who loves spending time with his wife Lisa and new baby boy. Keeping with the norm at Easter Owens, he skis, rides dirt bikes, goes camping, and loves all things outdoors.
Mike joined Easter-Owens in 2009 to supervise and manage all functions of the accounting department. Prior to joining Easter-Owens, Mike graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and then worked at a large accounting firm in Denver as a Senior Associate, performing audits, reviews and compilation engagements for several clients.
Mike was born in Chicago but has lived in Denver for over 20 years and is an avid sports fan that loves to watch games and participate in recreational sports in his free time.
Tara has worked part-time at Easter-Owens since she was 16 and full time since 2011, when she graduated from Metropolitan State University with a B.S. in business management. She has worked in various departments including Accounting, Purchasing, Order Processing, Project Management and now is in Marketing.
Tara recently wed her husband, Jared, on her parent’s 34th wedding anniversary. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two puppies. Tara also enjoys playing and watching sports, shopping, and traveling.
Tara was born and raised in Colorado and also a graduate of Wheat Ridge High.
Hailing from Atlanta, Hunter is a dynamic personality with a range of experience from fabrication to ergonomics. He finds joy in life by solving problems and pursuing many pastimes.
Sherif has resided in Aurora, CO after earning his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. He has a diverse background in Oil & Gas and Rotating Equipment. Aside from his role as the Inside Sales Manager, Sherif continues to develop Lean tools for the company.
Nick began working for Easter-Owen In June 2014 as an electrician in the wiring department. With no prior electrical work experience, he caught on quickly and was very willing to learn new skills. Nick simultaneously worked in this position and went to school at Regis University to complete a B.S. Business Administration degree with a specialization in Management. In February 2018, he joined the Inside Sales team.
Nick comes from a family of six and is a fraternal twin. His Husky Atlas is the most important thing in his life, but also enjoys his time at the gym and working around the house.
Ken is the Vice President of Engineering for Easter-Owens, which consists of the mechanical, electrical, PLC/HMI programming and process integration skills. The department engineers all projects small to large.
Ken has been in the electrical equipment manufacturing workplace for over 20 years with a strong skill set in custom electrical power distribution equipment and electrical controls such as PLC and relay logic type panels for various industries and applications.
Ken has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado. Ken enjoys outdoor activities in wonderful Colorado with his wife and 3 children including camping, hiking and fishing as well as gardening at home.
Tony comes to Easter-Owens with over 20 years of experience in and around the energy sector, providing project management on complex capital projects. Much of his career has been focused on delivering fabricated equipment, modular skids and packaged units with a high degree of custom engineering content.
Tony moved to Colorado in 2010 with the idea of starting a family and putting down roots. He is actively engaged with his family and church community, and spends his free time either outdoors or in his wood shop.
Hector is a senior business leader with 15+ years’ experience designing, deploying, and operating mission critical infrastructure. He is an industry expert on sorting through data center construction, expansion, and lease options. At Easter-Owens he leads all aspects of our Mission Critical practice.
Prior to joining Easter-Owens, Hector served as a Director at CBRE, managing international data centers. Previous employers include HP and Oracle where he oversaw a million square foot data center portfolio.
Hector is a Board Member of AFCOM’s Data Center Institute, an industry “think tank”. In that capacity, he has published articles on several trade publications and has been a public speaker at conferences in Boston, Denver, London, Los Angeles, and New York.
Hector was born in Spain and raised in Puerto Rico, where he got an engineering degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He has lived in San Juan, Boston, Saudi Arabia, Dallas, and Denver. Outside of work he enjoys scuba diving, sailing, and bicycling.
Jared has been a Quality Control Manger for Easter-Owens for 2 years. Prior to his time with the company, Jared was a Spine Sales and Surgical Implantation Representative for Core Link and Vertebral Technologies.
When Jared is not at the office you can find him heading to Broncos games or playing some Xbox. He also enjoys what Colorado has to offer by exploring the outdoors with wife Tara, 1 year old London and 3 Dogs – small, medium and large doodles.
His previous manufacturing jobs were at Ball Corporation for 29 years and RK Mechanical for 1 year and 6 months before getting the opportunity with Easter-Owens. Bob started his first job as an hourly employee at Ball Corporation and worked all the way up to a Director level position.
Outside of work he enjoys being a dad to his 3 sons, working out, attending Flatiron’s Church, gardening, an annual backpacking/camping trip, watching football, movies, and taking evening bike rides in the summer and fall.
Joe brings 8 years of experience to his role as Project Manager at Easter-Owens with industry training in the energy sector, infrastructure and consumer product development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver. Joe is a Denver native and enjoys catch and release fishing in his free time.
Anthony is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Colorado Denver in 2013 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Math and Chemistry. When Anthony is not at work he enjoys fishing, hiking, and playing video games.
Clark’s niche, in his words, is “designing physical solutions for conceptual predicaments”. He is a creative builder and problem solver at heart. Clark thinks he was born 100 years too late.
Clark has been in the industry for over seven years and with Easter-Owens for over four years, and he has a B.S. in Foundations of Manufacturing from Metropolitan State University.
Chiv joined Easter-Owens in 2017 as a CNC Programmer. He is responsible for making sure all projects that come his way get out to the shop floor in a timely manner. Chiv has 8+ years of experience in operating and programming a variety of CNC machines. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 2 daughters.
Bruce is a Colorado native and a high school graduate from Erie, Colorado. He has been working for Easter-Owens for 38 years. He started in 1980 as a fabrication helper and soon started working as a trainee. He has built projects from simple type 1 enclosures to complex stainless and Aluminum enclosures. Today he works as a Trainer and Quality inspector.
J.D. has been with Easter-Owens for over 11 years and oversees all operations in the Fabrication Department from training employees to inspection of product before it is ready for paint and assembly. He also maintains many state of the art machines in the shop used for the metal fab process.
J.D. truly enjoys living in Colorado for the many outdoor activities that are offered year-round.
Ross is the Wiring Lead and department supervisor at Easter-Owens and has been at the company for over 30 years. His broad experience includes assembly and wiring controls for a breadth of industries, including oil and gas, detention and aviation to name a few. Ross trains and supervises his team of dedicated coworkers to assemble and wire control panels to the highest standards in the industry. He likes spending time with family and friends, animals and attending sporting events. He also loves wood working and remodeling projects at home.
Erica was born in Denver and like her father, graduated from Wheat Ridge High School. She then went on to Regis University to compete in Varsity Cross Country and graduated Summa Cum Laude with two degrees: a B.A. in Communication and a B.A. in photography. Since 2007, Erica has had many roles in the organization but currently serves as a Production Consultant. Erica lives in Denver with her little dog Barney and enjoys competitive running, teaching spin class and traveling all over the world whenever she gets the chance.
Nick is a Colorado native and has been working in the Electrical trade over 20 years. He has worked on a variety of projects from custom homes, Commercial buildings, Cell Towers, Tesla car charging and Battery storage units. He is a Licensed Master Electrician. NIck’s interests include; Camping with family, ATVing, and Snowboarding. At Easter-Owens he enjoys the challenges that come with every project when custom building and the Team environment to make each project successful.
Stephen has worked at Easter-Owens for the last 10 years in the final assembly and shipping departments. With his knowledge of the company and its products, Stephen was asked to be the supervisor of the paint department. In his role as paint supervisor, he uses organizational and leadership skills to coordinate, supervise, and assist in activities involving any product that requires a painted finish. Born and raised a Broncos fan, Stephen loves to watch his home team play on game day. He also enjoys spending his time with his wife and 7-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son.
After spending four years in the United States Marine Corp Airwing as a metal smith, Jim joined the Easter-Owens team 38 years ago and has been here ever since.
Throughout his 38 years at Easter-Owens, Jim has dabbled in several roles including receiving, managing large projects for Coors Brewing, and small scale fabrication.
Today, Jim is responsible for company fleet, assemblies, and shipping all Easter-Owens products. In his free time, Jim enjoys woodworking.
Chris has extensive experience within the industry with 11 years of experience in fabrication, 5 years managing large projects, 5 year’s experience as shop Forman with a manufacturing company in Kansas, and spent 6 years self-employed with contract welding. Chris was raised on a farm in Kansas where he learned from his Mother and Father excellent work ethics, the value of hard work and the joy of a job well done. His love for working on the farm directed him to pursue a career in Fabrication and Welding. Chris has been fabricating for 11 years, the majority of his experience overseeing large projects in Agriculture. Chris also brings 4 years of experience as a Measurement While Drilling Engineer, operating Downhole Equipment for Directional and Horizontal wells in the Oil and Gas Industry. Chris’ Love for snowboarding drove him to Colorado in 2016 where he also enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing.
With over 25 years of experience in various project accounting and finance positions within the construction and manufacturing industries, John is responsible for AR transactions and job costing analysis.
He enjoys turtles, riding motorcycles, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Cathy joined Easter-Owens in 2009 and works in the Accounting Department in the AP role. Her background as a small business owner and accounts payable manager have given her the skills needed to perform her job adeptly and treat people as she expects to be treated.
Cathy spends her free time hanging out with her husband and Weimeraner, being outdoors (weather permitting), traveling (usually to see family) and finding enjoyment in each and every day.
Von is the wonderful person that everyone sees when they walk into the front door at Easter-Owens. She is responsible for answering the phones, directing calls to all of the employees, and greeting all of the visitors and customers coming into the office.
On top of her phone and greeting duties, Von also does all of the Order Processing of new orders that come into the Sales Department. Prior to her work at Easter-Owens, Von worked as an Office Assistant for the Bureau of Reclamation until she had her first son at which time she transitioned and stayed home to raise her four wonderful sons.
Von has been married for 34 beautiful years; she and her husband enjoy traveling and have enjoyed going to all of their son’s baseball, football, basketball and soccer activities over the years.
